🌟 My Experience at Diversion 2K26
I recently had the privilege of attending Diversion 2K26 as a Judge and Mentor on 28th February and 1st March 2026. It was an incredible experience to witness the creativity, innovation, and technical capabilities of so many talented teams.
Throughout the event, participants presented a wide range of projects focused on solving real-world problems using modern technologies. The enthusiasm, dedication, and hard work displayed by the students were truly inspiring.
🧠 Evaluation Criteria
As a judge, I evaluated projects based on several important aspects:
- Novelty & Innovation
- Project Completion
- UI/UX Design
- Technical Architecture
- Business Potential
- Future Opportunities
- Market Demand
Many teams not only built technically sound solutions but also demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, user-focused thinking, and business awareness.
💡 Mentorship & Discussions
Beyond judging, I had the opportunity to mentor several teams, discussing:
- Improving project scalability
- Choosing the right technology stack
- Enhancing UI/UX experience
- Turning prototypes into real-world products
- Understanding market fit and user needs
It was amazing to see students thinking beyond just coding and focusing on impact, usability, and real-world applications.

A big kudos to the organizers for hosting such a well-organized and energetic event. Managing so many teams, presentations, and evaluations smoothly is not easy.
And congratulations to all the participants for their creativity, passion, and dedication.
