Judge at Smart Make-A-Thon Hackathon | IEM Kolkata (SMF 2025)

✨ On September 7, 2025, I had the incredible honor to visit IEM (Institute of Engineering and Management, Block-GP) as a Judge for the Smart Make-A-Thon Hackathon, an innovation-driven competition organized as part of the annual tech fest Smart Makers Festival (SMF 2025).
🔹 A total of 24 talented teams participated, presenting innovative prototypes. I had the privilege to interact with every team, evaluate technical design, and critique project execution across:
- UI/UX design and user empathy
- Innovation & novelty
- Technical feasibility & architecture
- Market viability & business potential
- Presentation delivery & teamwork
💡 The highlight was being invited on stage by the core team to receive an official Judge memento. As a student myself, being invited to judge fellow engineering innovators at another premier institute was a deeply fulfilling and proud milestone.
